- 2005
Guangzhou Dingshun
Our group's first belt fabrication workshop opens in Guangzhou — the origin of everything that followed.
- 2009
Foshan Baishili
The belting business expands in Foshan, the heart of China's ceramics industry.
- 2012
GUANGDONG BOSHUN BELTING CO., LTD.
Founder Mr. Zhang establishes the BOSHUN headquarters, unifying the group's belting operations.
- 2016
Huizhou plant commissioned
The Huizhou plant in Guangdong comes online.
- 2018
Jiangsu expansion
Acquisition of Jiangsu Xinlianda and Jiangsu Fengli — an AT20 timing belt manufacturer — extends the group into the Yangtze River Delta.
- 2019
Jiangsu BOSHUN founded
A dedicated Jiangsu entity anchors the Wuxi production base — the Yuqi and Jiangyin plants.
- 2023
Anhui Bolishun Technology
The Wuhu plant in Anhui comes online.
- 2024
Equipment division + PU timing belts
Acquisition of Foshan Gusimi, a polyurethane timing belt manufacturer, and launch of the conveyor belt fabrication equipment division — the machines we sell are the ones we run.
