Wood

Wood-based panels — MDF, OSB, particle board — are chipped, glued, formed and pressed, and a belt carries the product at every step. Our covers are built for dust, glue and abrasion: wear-resistant, antistatic, flat and non-adhesive where the mat demands it.

  • wear resistance
  • antistatic
  • high flatness
  • non-adhesive covers

Where the belt earns its keep

The stations your customers care about — and what the belt has to survive at each one.

Wood chipping

Wood chipping

Logs are chipped, cleaned and screened before anything else. Impact loads and abrasive chips call for wear-resistant, high-strength belts.

Gluing & metering bin

Gluing & metering bin

Chips are blended with glue, conveyed and stored in bins for the next process. Steady general conveying with lateral rigidity keeps the mat feed even.

Forming

Forming

Glued chips are distributed evenly on the forming belt to build a uniform fiber mat. Cover flatness, a non-adhesive top and antistatic properties are essential — the furnish is glued and potentially flammable.

Pre-pressing & deaeration

Pre-pressing & deaeration

The mat is pre-pressed for de-aeration and compression to its lowest height. High elastic modulus keeps thickness uniform without stretch; ventilation and release performance keep fibers off the belt.

Saw-cutting & singulation

Saw-cutting & singulation

Boards are cut to size, singulated and fed toward the cooler. High strength and wear resistance stand up to the saw line's stop-start abuse.

Board cooling & stacking

Board cooling & stacking

Out of the press, boards cool to set the glue, then convey and stack. Gentle general-purpose covers protect finished panels from scratches and damage.
