Grip, release, drainage, easy-clean — engineered into the working face of the belt, not bolted on after. Every BOSHUN roll material can be produced in sixty standard patterns, with custom patterns on request.
Why the face matters
Four jobs a pattern does
The pattern is the only part of the belt that touches the product. Choosing it is an engineering decision — this library is sized to make it properly.
Incline without cleats.
High-friction patterns hold product on slopes where a smooth belt would slip — often with no welded profiles required.
Clean release.
Non-adhesive and low-friction faces let sticky, delicate or hygiene-sensitive goods leave the belt cleanly.
Wash down fast.
Stud, rib and nipple geometries drain freely and clean quickly — built for food, tobacco and wet processing lines.
Custom patterns.
The library is the starting point, not the limit — we engineer custom patterns for applications none of the sixty cover.
